• Investment opportunities through our various programs including agricultural micro-investments, tech startup collectives, real estate microshares, and fintech distribution networks
• Portfolio management services
• Regular market updates and investment recommendations

3. User Eligibility

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have legal capacity to enter into binding contracts

• Maintain and promptly update your registration information
• Be a resident of Uganda or have legal authorization to invest in Uganda

Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or our services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of Uganda, and you irrevocably submit to the jurisdiction of such courts.
